Luke is a versatile expert in development, construction, and real estate, boasting a wealth of knowledge in each facet of the industry. After graduating from Augustana University Luke swiftly integrated into the team. At TKW, he fosters close relationships with municipalities and neighborhood associations, navigating utility connections, zoning regulations, and permitting processes with finesse.

Katherine Mauro leads design at TKW Homes with a focus on thoughtful, lasting design and a clear sense of direction. Her work is grounded in the belief that a home should feel both comfortable and personal, shaped with intention and softened by light, texture, and warmth.

Known for her organized and steady approach, Katherine brings structure to the design process, guiding the overall vision while leading material selections and interior direction. She helps clients make decisions with clarity, keeping each project cohesive and moving forward from start to finish.

Katherine is a graduate of Indiana University, where she cheered on the Hoosiers on the football field and at national competitions.

Emily Gray

Emily Gray is a Design Specialist at TKW Homes, where she brings each project’s vision to life through detailed drawings and construction documents. She believes a home should be a true reflection of the people who live in it — shaped by their routines, their personality, and the sense of comfort they want to feel at the end of the day.

Known for her thoughtful and intentional approach, Emily focuses on creating spaces that feel personal and deeply connected to the client’s lifestyle. Her work blends precision with creativity, ensuring that every detail supports the larger story of the home.

Emily is a graduate of Purdue University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture. She is inspired by the joy design can bring to others and finds purpose in helping clients turn their dreams into reality.

Outside of work, Emily loves traveling and exploring new places. She shares her home with four pets — three dogs and a cat — and she and her family are excitedly preparing to welcome a new baby. Her life is full, joyful, and rooted in the same sense of warmth and meaning she strives to create in every home.

Mark Heskett

Mark Heskett’s earliest memories are of being on construction job sites with his father. Construction has been a part of his life from the very beginning, giving him firsthand experience in every phase of home building and remodeling. Over the years, he has worked in nearly every aspect of the industry and spent many years owning and operating his own construction company.

Today, Mark is excited to be part of the TKW team. He believes in the company’s vision, values, and commitment to building quality homes while providing an outstanding experience for every customer.

Mark has been married to the love of his life, Elisabeth, for 15 years, and together they have two children. In addition to his work in construction, Mark has served in pastoral ministry for more than 26 years. His faith has shaped both his leadership and his commitment to serving others.

Above all, Mark’s greatest callings are to be a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a loving husband, and a faithful father. Whether he is leading in ministry or managing a construction project, his passion is the same—to serve people with integrity, pursue excellence, and help families not only love their new home but enjoy the journey of building it.
