Project Details

The Prospect Street urban development project consisted of 6 newly constructed homes in the neighborhood Bates Hendricks, Indianapolis, IN. The project is situated within walking distances from both commercial districts of Fountain Square and Fletcher Place. The project was on a parcel of land that was left over from the creation of Indy’s interstate. TKW worked with the city planners and BHNA to creatively replat the triangular parcel into 6 buildable lots. The homes are all uniquely designed with the point of the development created a 3 story triangular house. The homes sale prices ranged from $450K to $650k.
